Head Coaches

U13+: USSF License (A,B,C) or NSCAA National, Advanced National, Premier Diploma 

3 – 5 years coaching at HS or College Level AND Club. 


U8 – U12: USSF License “E” or Higher, NSCAA (Level 6 education or higher)

2 – 3 years coaching at HS, College Level, Town or Club. 

Must be able to pass all background checks prior to hiring.

Available at a minimum of 2 week nights and 1 Sunday during the season.

Available for tournaments on Labor and Memorial Day weekends, and March Pre-Season Tournament.

Available for tryouts in June. 

  • Provide technical skill instruction to aid in the development of athletes at practices.
  • Develop and execute practice plans that will prepare the team physically and mentally for competition.
  • Prepare team for matches by developing strategies and conducting effective and organized practices.
  • Ability to recruit players for their individual team
  • Develop working relationships with other coaches and town programs
  • Attend SFC sponsored events and coaching education 
  • Coordinate with team managers, club officials, parents and players on a weekly basis to keep an open dialogue of team growth and development.
  • Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, interact effectively and appropriately with athletes; and possess the skills to evaluate prospects
  • Ability to work with college coaches and parents to aide college bound players.

Assistant Coaches

USSF License (“E” or higher), NSCAA Diploma  (Level 6 education or higher) 

1 – 3 years coaching HS, College, Club or Town

Assistant Coach Mentoring Program (Unpaid):

Looking for coaches who want to start into the soccer field. Work with our educated coaches at all ages to help learn more about coaching, and develop your leadership and coaching skills. 

Must be able to pass all background checks prior to hiring.

Available a minimum of 1 night per week and Sundays for home games.
